In a week im gonna start to build my new pc from scatch but i was looking on Pc Parts List and the MotherBoard im looking at getting ie the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX, says this The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled. And ill probably looking to increase the storage in the future, should it be fine?

As it says, 2 of the SATA ports will be disabled. You can always use an PCI-e SATA card if you need more ports in the future though :)

You have 4 SATA ports left.

Is that plenty for all your other HDD's/2.5" SSD's/Optical drives?

If yes; that's alright.

Otherwise you can always get a SATA card later, or you would need to go X570 now, since that does not share those ports.
