Ryzen 3 3200G low FPS

I have XMP on and I overclocked it a little - 3.75GHz on all cores and 1.3v, 1500MHz iGPU and 1.2v.

But then, while other people get easily over 100FPS on CS:GO on low graphs, I'm stuck with 70 on lowest. Max 70-80.

I test on Dust 2 with bots with only multicore processing on. Others are all on its lowest.

The temperatures are normal, but I get BSoD every time.

Last one I got was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I tried something but dont know if it worked.

So guys why do I get that low FPS on ryzen 3 3200G?

2X8GB 3200MHz CL16 running on 3200MHz, VRAM has enough space and its slightly overclocked but still not what it should have been like!

I don't think your FPS is that bad. 80fps without a dedicated GPU? That's pretty good.

CPU memory controller only guarantees up to 2933mhz.  If you set XMP, and expect that to work its a shot in the dark.  This will require manually tightening timings, adjusting voltages and attempting to get it stable beyond the controller capability on your CPU.

Take off XMP - does BSODs go away?

You get BSODs? Too high of an overclock on either the CPU or GPU, dial it back.

Nope, overclock wasnt the reason because without overclock i got bsods too. And this one passed stress test and temps are so low too.

make sure ram is seated properly and in correct slots

ram slots are just in right of cpu cooler.

there are 4 slots, and the 2 in the side closer to the cpu cooler is empty, but the 2 further to the cpu cooler are filled with 2 8gb rams. 3200mhz cl16, and they both get recognized.

if we gotta give them numbers from 1 to 4, from left to right, the rams are both in 3rd and 4th slots, staying in the right side.

they should be in slot 2 and 4 to optimise them

it probably isnt related to the bad temps but they should not be next to eachother otherwise your limiting them and not getting the best performance

I dont know, is it really the problem? Both of the rams are recognized.

no i woudnt say it is the problem relating to your bad temps but as a general rule always have you ram in either slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4.

they should be in 2 and 4. that's definitely what's causing crashes and fps drops. you are not running them in dual channel mode.
