If I OC CPU and GPU will this PC play Fortnite and 240fps?

Hello, I was wondering if I overclock this build I'm making will it run Fortnite at a constant 240fps?

 

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

GPU: GTX 1070

RAM: Corsair Vengence 16 GB 3200 MHz

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100x

PSU: 600w 80+ Bronze

Case: Corsair 275r

Case Fans: 4x Corsiar sp120

Constantly? no. But 90% of the time at 1080p

 

I dont think there is a single PC that will maintain 240fps in lategame fights, lol.

I recommend not OC'ing the CPU the traditional way. 3rd gen Ryzen doesn't really OC well to begin with, nor does it yield much performance gained, fast RAM and adjusting PBO settings in Ryzen Master is best if you want to ‘OC’. 3rd gen Ryzen CPU's seem to show faster degradation symptoms if higher voltages are applied (something I recently learned). For long term 'safe' OC'ing voltages below 1.375V were considered to be fine. However, this rule of thumb is adopted from overclocking Intel CPU's, and previous generations of AMD CPU's. So, for long term use I would NOT recommend OC'ing via the standard Manual method in Bios. Keeping the voltage low (1.27500V or lower) and adjusting PBO settings is the safest way to squeeze out some extra performance. But even then, only expect 100-300MHz at most.

dont forget to turn on D.O.C.P ram profile in bios to run ram at rated speed of 3200mhz whic helps ryzen alot
