Yea I was trying on using Newegg PSU calculator just give me a stunning 1050W, So is there anyone know how much would it really take ?

get a solid 600w PSU for the extra head room. 500w would be fine, but headroom is nice.

Get a CX500 or EVGAs cheaper variant. Theyre ~$30

600w isnt over kill. 800w usually is.
