Why does My phone's Bluetooth send files to my computer faster than my computer to my phone?

This is probably a really dumb question but it's just something weird I've noticed lately after being to lazy to find my usbc cable or unplug from the charger. Not sure if I posted this in the right place, so forgive me if I didn't. (not that it matters but I'm using android and windows in this case)
