Turning a Leapfrog iQuest into a proper PDA

New here, so if I'm posting this in the wrong place please lead me to the proper place, or if anything about this is wrong let me know.

 

I've been looking into getting a PDA for a while to help me stay organized and what do you know I found an iQuest in my children toys, so the first thought in my mind was to figure out how to mod it to be able to run a PDA-like software in one of it's cartridges. It already has the capability to run a notepad application and an address book within it's software, so I'm pretty sure it's within the realm of possibility.

I've been looking to try and find any resources on where to start when modding this device and (of course) nothing's come up yet because it's a children's toy from 03.

I was wondering if any of you all here had any advice on where to start learning how this thing works and how I would go about modding it, because if I was going to find advice on this, it'd be here.
