PC won't wake from sleep after clean install

When I try to wake it, power button and fans come to life, but the GPU and USB's doesn't.

My monitor stays in sleep mode, the only way to get into windows again is by doing a hard cold boot.

My power plan is set to high performance, and I have activated all the Wake from sleep options I can find in the Device Manager.

It worked fine before reinstall of windows.

 

Any suggestions?

Doesn't the bios have options for what can and cannot input to your PC when it is asleep? I think it does, might be wrong.

It does, but was changed in the BIOS (as far as I know) during the install.

But I will take a look.

Update: I did a CLR CMOS and reentered all the settings I wanted, and that fixed the problem.

Unfortunately I don't what setting exactly caused the problem, but at least its fixed now.
