Can this motherboard socket be fixed?

Does anyone know a way or if this pin could be repaired?

it can be fixed if your confident enough to repair it.  Linus did a video on how to do it, i would go and watch that first before attempting repair

Thanks for the advice. I think I’ve found the video and I was expecting it to be a lot worse. Not keeping my hopes up on the board working though
