Having issue with refilling after new setup

Below is picture of my setup:

I run a dual loop.. CPU side is running perfectly fine after refill

GPU side I can't get the water to pump all the way through the loop. Way it goes is.. RES ->GPU->rad->Pump

I can't get it to fill the GPU block completely, I can see the pump working and spinning the water in the RES..

Any suggestions welcomed.. just afraid I have to empty the whole line and try again.. I honestly don't think it is a pump issue since they are new, and were working perfectly before.

 

Same setup as before, and the same setup as my CPU run.. Never had this happen before, so not sure what the issue is.

Screw the lid on the reservoir and put your case on it's side. The pump is struggling to push the air through the tubes so it needs some help and have gravity push the water through.

The lids are on the reservoirs, and I tipped this case every which way.

 

Sorry.. I tipped it on it's side for longer than I felt comfortable with.. but it cleared and seems to be pumping just fine.. Thanks for your help.
