Is this fine?

To answer the question, "Is this fine", the only person that can objectively answer that is you.  From what we can see in the picture, that is a large case so you should be able to do whatever you want in there.  The real big issue is that when drilling the mounting holes for the AIO and other things is that you really need to make sure that all the little, tiny, bits of aluminum/steel that result from the drilling are cleaned up real good.  Those tiny bits of metal could really screw up your system if they happen to fall in the wrong place.  The fewer holes that you have to drill, the better.

When putting the system back together, don't forget to try and do some cable management.  It looks pretty busy in there.

tbh im not sure you'd be able to fit the new gpu into that case as is and the psu with make it a b working with. would suggest going a little cheaper on cpu cooler and as another user suggests, get a more modern case. there are a few cheaper cases out there that would work wonders. if you keep the same case, at minimum you are going to have to move the hard drive down at least two slots

if you are gonna use the cpu that's already in there, I'd agree with scuff gang, you would be better off with a decent case and a cheap aircooler, anything with 4 heatpipes and a 120mm fan (hyper212 or arctic freezer 33 or 34). I'm pretty sure any case that has slots for a 280mm aio would fit a 120mm aircooler

First why do you want to water cool? If your doing major overclocking I could understand but if you are running at stock speeds or only doing very minor overclocking a good air cooler like from Noctua should work fine.

Plus do not forget if that AIO goes out you might now get any warning and it could toast your cpu where as a good sized air cooler might save it and save yourself time and money buying a new one.
