Your question is still vague.

Sure, your monitor is okay for gaming. But it doesn't exactly stack up to the best gaming monitors nowadays.

I wouldn’t use it unless your computer can’t run 1080p. The monitor is ok with 5ms and 60hz but the resolution is 1680 x 1050.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Is it over clocked? Just want to check because if it isn’t then the spec sheet I was looking at was wrong.

It can go up to 75Hz at lower resolutions, 60Hz is for 1680x1050.

Best thing about the monitor is the 16:10 ratio. Maybe not as relevant for gaming, though. Other pros: less demanding on hardware to run games at its native resolution.

Cons: not very good picture quality, color accuracy or viewing angles. Just a monitor.

In the end, if it displays your games...

I honestly wouldn't recommend investing more in this type of monitor, but you know your situation better than me.
