Blue screen of dearh

Hi, I tried resetting my hp EliteBook 830 g5 yesterday and upon reinstalling windows got the blue screen of death. I’m having trouble getting the thing to enter winre, it won’t boot past the windows installation progress bar and I’ve tried the power on and off 3 times to active self repair bit to no avail. I don’t know if hp sure start has something to do with it or if I’m doing something wrong, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated as my laptop is basically useless.
