Ryzen 5 3600 getting too hot

I just bought a ryzen 5 3600 and it got pretty hot - 55c idle, 80-85c gaming, 92-95c cinebench. I resolved the issue by changing the speed to 3.9 Ghz in Bios and had normal temps ever since. (45c idle, 60-62c gaming, 70-72c cinebench). What I noticed is that voltage dropped to 1.1V and it is constant even though I havent changed anything.

I have some concerns here - am I doing something wrong so I'll damage the cpu? 3.9 Ghz on 1.1V seems rather impossible so I'm wondering if hwinfo is even showing correct info. And secondly, am I loosing out on the potential of the cpu since I've set clock to 3.9? I'm a light gamer and I like the fps i see with these settings, just want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

Btw using a stock wraith cooler and a complete newbie when it comes to OC

3.9ghz with 1.1V is pretty normal when in cinebench

From what i've heard These temps are pretty normal with the box cooler.

I'd suggest to get a cheap aftermarket one like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (or Black Edition) for 30-40 $. These cool much better and are much quieter.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

But my voltage is stuck on 1.1v all the time - idle, gaming (cs go, bfv, warzone, nba). Npt just cinebench

Why is there such a huge difference in temps between stock and limiting to 3.9? When on stock it is even not exceeding 3.9 i guess system doesn't allow it due to high temps. To be clear I'm fine with the results I'm getting it's just that I don't see much logic in my temp behaviour.
