I'll get straight to the point.

I'm required to have my webcam on while doing tests and I'm wondering if there's an app or a feature built into win10, that could reduce the quality of my webcam.

So yeah, that's pretty much it. Pray for me in case nothing can be done. Have a nice day

I love how he says help me cheat and then says pray for me. Seems like a case of schizophrenia to me.
