That is quit slow, probably the cause of bad performance. You should consider an upgrade, how much money would you be willing to spend on a new CPU, motherboard, and ram?

Also, make sure you quote us so we can see your responses.

your motherboard is not compatible with any new CPUs, and neither is your ram. If you improve your budget by about 10%, you can afford a pretty serious setup:

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor $172.39 @ Newegg
Motherboard MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $83.98 @ Newegg
Memory Team T-FORCE DARK Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $64.99 @ Newegg
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
  Total $321.36

If your case fits an ATX motherboard:

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor $294.14 @ Amazon
Motherboard MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard $114.99 @ Best Buy
Memory Team T-FORCE DARK Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $64.99 @ Newegg
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
  Total $474.12

However, you don't want to drop too much on motherboard and CPU if your PSU isn't very good. What's your current parts list?
