I have the budget to buy the two but i don't know which is better of the 2

The 1660S is both faster and more power efficient.

well its the first one that came up on google so i guess it made sense to use but if its bad then i need to know which websites are good.

As said above, use websites that conduct real benchmarks (e.g. Gamers Nexus, Tom's Hardware, TweakTown).

 

No offence, but don't give recommendations if you don't know what you're talking about and are relying entirely on one (shitty) source for your information.
