What 500W PSU is it?

A rx 570 consumes up to 200-225 watts from 12v

A cpu consumes 80-140 watts, depending on model, cores etc

 

If your 500w power supply is a quality one that doesn't have a fake label, and can supply let's say at least 350 watts on 12v, it will work.
