Buying new GPU, but SATA cable in the way

Hello, I have had my PC for quite a while now, but I want to upgrade my GPU to Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X. It says that it is 5 cm wide, which is 3 cm wider than my Palit Dual GTX 1060 6 GB. However, one of my SATA cables is VERY close to the gpu I have already, and I know that the new GPU wouldn't fit there as the cable would be in the way.

I was looking at my motherboard and realised there are two black boxes named "SATA 'arrow down' 5 'arrow up' 6" and "SATA 'arrow down' 3 'arrow up' 4". However I cannot see the SATA PORT. Are these boxes removable? And surely there has to be a SATA port there as it is not possible to place a wider GPU as of now?

Please help me, I literally have the RTX 2070S in the basket.

First, those black boxes ARE the SATA ports. You can see the L shapes in them.

 

Second, you put the GPU in the upper slot, not the one that runs into the SATA connectors.  Use the silver looking one above the MSI logo.

Those boxes are additional SATA ports, they're pointed to the side off of the motherboard for exactly this reason, so they don't get in the way of a GPU.

 

Are your cables in the ports that say SATA1 and SATA2 pointing straight out of the board? If so you can move them into the ports on those boxes to get them out of the way of a GPU.

Just don't use SATA1 and SATA2, that there blocks below them are 2 banks of SATA ports to use instead.

O wow am I stupid, I see the port now, IN THE PICTURE GODDAMN xD.

I do have the GPU there but the sata ports next to the black box SATA ports are in the way of a gpu any bigger than the one i have rn.
