Blue screens and stuttering in games sounds like a RAM issue to me. Run the Windows Memory diagnostic tool and see if your RAM is faulty. If it comes back with errors, it could mean multiple things. Your RAM could just be faulty and needs to be replaced. However, it could also be that your motherboard isn't supplying enough power to your RAM. For that you would need to go into the BIOS settings and make sure your RAM voltage is set to the right amount (usually 1.35 V). After doing that, run the test again and see if the error goes away. If it turns out to be faulty RAM, you can diagnose which stick is faulty by running the diagnostic tool with only one stick inserted. However, I would wait to do that after running it with both in and checking the RAM voltage.

If you have any questions as to how to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, just let me know.

Edit: I just noticed you're using the same motherboard I have. I would DEFINITELY check the RAM voltage right away. On my board, XMP sets the RAM voltage to 1.2 volts instead of 1.35 volts, which caused me to have a lot of stuttering and blue screens. As soon as I figured out what was wrong and increased the voltage all those issues went away.

Since when do you have this problem? Recently? Always?

When you play, how much "usage%" does your GPU have?

When you let 3D Mark Firestrike run in standard settings, how much Points do you get?

You should be getting around 22 000 Points (+- a few % is perfectly fine). If you get that, your performance is good.

My bet is: your GPU driver isntallation is kinda buggy/whatever. Remove the GPU Driver with DDU with every remaining rest. Reboot, re-download the latest Graphics driver from AMD (in Case you get your Drivers from Gigabyte, beause you have a Gigabyte Card, do not do that).

Other than that: Uninstall your Game, and reinstall. Maybe the Game itself is buggy too.

Bluescreens/freezes are NOT normal. Try activating your Ram Profile, but afterwards reducing your Ram clock down to 2933 Mhz.

Where can i Change it in the bios?

Go into the "OC Tweaker" tab at the top of BIOS. Scroll down, and under the voltage configuration section, you should see a box labeled "DRAM Voltage." Make sure this box is set to 1.35 V. If it's set below that, that was probably what was causing your issue. Then just make sure to save your changes before leaving BIOS.

Just did a check it was already set to 1.35, why do you think i got in 3d a score of 9 000 būt i should of had 22 000, what could be the problem?

It could still be faulty RAM. It couldn't hurt to try running the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. I would also try @Darkseth's idea of removing and reinstalling your GPU drivers. If your BIOS is properly configured, you haven't overclocked anything, and it doesn't turn out to be a driver issue, then the only thing I can think of would be a faulty GPU or RAM.

There is one other thing that might help diagnose this issue. Do you happen to remember the specific stop codes that you're getting with your blue screens? They can be helpful as far as knowing possibilities for what could be wrong.

I would do that with DDU right? But isnt that risky? I have heard that you can run into a lot of problems, but becides that, its weard but the bluescreens have goone away, since writing this post i have been playing my pc for many hours, and no crashes or freeze, maybe i could try to just reinstall windows, kuzz i asked a guy online about the frame rate not changing when changing settings, and he sed that something must of gonn rong when installing win, should i try that?

Edit:just ran the memory diagnostic and evrything is clear with no errors

I remember that one of the bluescreens stop codes had the word storage and a bunch were driver releated
