The realtek controller was not found if deep sleep mode

I just bought a new motherboard (B450M Pro4-f), when i boot up and install windows 10, there is no ethernet for some reason, so i go to the Asrock drivers site and found the lan drivers. But when i install it, it just said " the realtek controller was not found if deep sleep mode", i try reinstall win10, change setting in the BIOS, .. but i can't make it work. It don't even appear the driver in Device Manager

 

HELP ME PLZ
