Dll missing and my laptop renamed itself desktop ??

Hello guys, i'm using throttlestop to undervolt my CPU.
It was working "fine" but today WinRing0.dll won't open.
I tried to see if the undervolt was still effective even though the software wasn't running and noticed the name of my laptop got changed to desktop trough HWmonitor and wasn't showing the temps nor the voltages.
Does anyone have a clue of what's happening.
Im running W10.
Ask me any other information you need i don't really know what to give you tbh.

Edit: MSI afterburner is not showing anything either :(
