Streaming setup debates :/

I would love to stream but I haven’t tried with current set up due to not knowing if it could handle it. 
CPU-Ryzen 5 1600af

GPU-MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6gb armor ocv1

RAM-G-Skill TridentZ 16gb 3200

Motherboard-gigabyte b450 aorus m

storage-500gb evo 970 plus, 250gb inland ssd, 1tb hdd, I think it’s 7200rpm

 

i also was thinking of ndi streaming to my labtop but I have crappy internet at 50 down and 5 up. My labtop has 8gb ram and intel i5 4200u or something like that

You could just try it and see if it works. Based on your specs it should work to some degree.

Yes, you can stream. But depending on what's the content, you might be limited graphics-wise. 720p30 for sure.
