Right now, i have RX 5600 XT, 8GB RAM, i3 4160 and is planning to upgrade CPU, any recommendations? Please help, TIA.

i would go for the Ryzen 5 3600, best bang for buck and pretty cheap. I don't know your budget but this is a really great mid teir option.

If you don't have the budget for a full mobo/RAM/CPU swap then a simple CPU upgrade to something like an i5 4570/4670/4690 or i7 4770/4790 would get you a good bit more performance out of it.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

if you wanna stretch your bugdet the 5 3600 is the best option the 2700x is not great for your uses of it. If you wanna stay in bugdet the 5 2600 is the best bet
