Mid Tower with at least 1 x 5.25" Bay - Fractal R7 Best Bet?

I want a mid tower with tempered glass, low noise and at least 1 x 5.25" bay

 

The Fractal R7 seems to check the box. But Can I use the top 5.25" bay with both 140mm fans installed in the front?

Yes you can use the two pre-installed 140mm fans while utilizing the 5.25" bay
