New Case and frontal fans question

It pulls in air from the bottom of the front bezel, a.k.a not great airflow

I've been looking for a new case for an Ryzen 5 3600 and a RX 5700. I found this one https://www.pccomponentes.com/aerocool-cylon-led-usb-30-con-ventana-negra (i live in spain) and you can put fans on the front. 

 

Now my dumb question

 

What is the point of putting fans at the front when the front of the case is not transpirable?

 

Also if anyone founds another case similitar to this one, I mean, cool looking but with better airflow similar in price... its for an ATX motherboard.

What about the Fractal Design Focus G? It's a pretty good cheap case. Try checking it if it's available in Spain.
