First build, budget is around £800, and i'd preferably not go too much over that.  

 

I don't and have no intention in playing AAA games.  The most demanding games I current play are rust/space engineers,  and I'm looking for 1080p 60fps from this build.

Edit:  I have intentions to overclock currently so I should be okay with the stock cooler,  but I do wan't the mobo to be capable of it for the future.

New gen CPU.

Still a very good and capable motherboard, refer to:

While 3600Mhz is ideal you chose a CL18 kit which can perform slower than a 3200Mhz CL16 kit.

The Rx 5700XT is better in every way, it competes with the 2070S for 2060S money.

Case change is a preference, but better airflow = lower thermal = better performance.
