Did you set the link on PCPartsPicker to public, it says that access is denied?

You can find black and blue cables on Amazon, eBay, local computer hardware store/s, etc (just make sure that you have a power supply that is either fully or semi modular).

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,

list is now public, sorry about that.

I tried to access it again, and it shows the following message meaning that it is still not open for access.

I don't think that 4th gen Ryzen desktop chips are available as of now.

They're not. There's no need for him to upgrade most of his build as it's still more than fine for the majority of tasks.

Plus, it'd be foolish to spend money on a system right now anyway. We're a mere months away from the new chips.

The 2070 Super is also barely an improvement over his 1080...so why even spend the money??

@Jake.Mcg; Are you able to wait for 4th gen Ryzen or 10th gen Intel processors, you can still purchase the majority of other components to begin assembling and wait on buying the CPU until new processors launch.

The RTX 2070 Super has Ray-tracing and has approximately 25 percent faster performance than the GTX 1080, also the GTX 1080 costs £ 250.53 more than the RTX 2070 super.

He already has the 1080 🙄 So the cost is $0.

It's not a logical upgrade. Especially with the 3000 series as close as it is.
