So last year I bought a 600 euro PC and I'm thinking what's the best options for a upgrade just buy a whole new setup or what can I salvage etc

actually, except for the hard drive, i think you might want to replace almost everything. though that will depend heavily on your budget.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MEMORY          Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)

CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)

it all depends on budget, depending on how tight u are u can prioritize other things, but for now hdd and ram u can keep( but still should get another one when u can because 500 GB its nothing) if you are trying to save money just get a second stick with same speed

yeah this makes sense, since its coming soon and its cheap and actually good for the price

well important for gaming performance is CPU , GPU and Ram ( up until 16gb), so yeah save a bit its better than bottlenecking because you spent 400 on a gpu and 100 on a cpu. Could also try to buy used
