Glitched steam friend list.

So, i found these steam account: https://steamcommunity.com/id/marmak
On his steam profile it says that he have 17 friends but when you click "Friends" it shows that he has 400+ friends. Dose any one know how did he make it?

the former is online friends, the latter is all friends

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
