Asus Tuf x570 ssd question

Just got my TUF X570 Gaming-Plus yesterday. It has two m2 slots, the top one (m2_1) connect to CPU and the bottom one go through chipset. It would be best to plug my ssd to the top one I suppose. However the m2_2 slot has a heatsink and the m2_1 slot will leave my ssd naked. So which one is best to place my ssd?

If you've got a heatsink built into your SSD leave it exposed, otherwise put it in the covered one

Will the x570 chipset run at less temperature if I install my ssd to the m2_1 instead of m2_2? My big Strix 5700xt graphic card will block all of PCH fan and I worry that it will run hotter.

My Adata sx8200 pro ssd do come with a very basic heat spreader btw.

I have the exact same board, and exact same SSD. I put it in the bottom one because style points. I have a 2080 super, and there's zero issues with the temp, and this bohemoth covers the chipset fan too
