Thermal paste already applied with NZXT AIO's?

I plan on building an i9-9900K system. Will I need to purchase thermal paste or does the NZXT AIO's come with it already pre-applied? I plan on overclocking so I want to make sure I do this correctly.

That makes things easier. So then I don't need to worry about applying the right amount over the cpu. Instead I just connect the AIO onto the CPU and that's it?

Yes.
