How is this RAM?

I am looking for a relatively cheap 16 GB RAM. How is this crucial one? Any other recommendations are welcome.

RAM is RAM. Whatever you buy, as long as it is a major brand, you can't go wrong.

Crucial is good, I use them in my system and nothing wrong with it.

That looks good, crucial makes nice ram, however if you're just gaming you dont really need 16 gbs

Get CAS 9 and then just pick the color, speed and aesthetics you like.

Generally Corsair is seen as more stable when overclocking.

It's pretty nice. Still isn't an 800MHz CL4 DDR2 kit though.  B)

Just look for Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill, or any other well known RAM companies. I like 1600Mhz but you don't have to use that frequency.

 

To answer your question though, yes I think it looks fine.

That kit, along with its 8GB version, are what we sell the most of by far where I work. It virtually never gets returned, so I'm going to take that as a good sign.
