ASUS RTX 2080 Super Water Cooling issues

Hi guys, recently I've custom looped my PC using barrow water cooling components. Unfortunately I think I've done something really stupid and goosed my 2080 strix super when putting on the waterblock as since putting it into the loop it's not being detected by my asus X570-F. Power LEDs are white with both 8 pins in but the VGA Qled is white and no display. The PC works fine with a Quadro I had lying around. Could anyone help me please?

Have you mounted to original cooler back on it to test it that way?

I haven't as it's at work and I haven't been able to go in due to covid. I'll see if I can fly in and grab it some point and try that next. It was working fine with the cooler beforehand.

Could have overtightened the mount causing flex in the PCB, could have bricked the card (but that would be difficult if not obvious like scrapping transistors off on accident)
