Which would be more profitable?

I'm thinking about getting into mining LTC, and I was curious which would get more money for me (at current rates): An ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 256MB AGP 8x, or my unlocked Sempron (don't know about an OC yet)?

lol I don't even know if the x1650 could mine, so you would probably have to go with the Sempron
