msi b450m-a pro max for ryzen 5 2600?

I know this mother board doesn't have vrm heatsinks, im not a tech guy so how bad is that

also the cpu power is limited on this board, will this matter if I don't oc

                      samsung 250Gb 860 evo m.2

                      Seagate Barracuda 1tb 

                      corsair 8GB vengeance 3000mhz c16

                      Thermaltake smart BX1 80+ bronze 650w (couldn't find 550)

                      corsair spec 05 case

so you can tell its a limited budget build

That board would be good up to a Ryzen 1300 maybe. You want to shop 1 tier level higher.

I think I will go for the gigabyte s2h from one tier above

Ahhhhh gotcha. If your gonna use 8GB of ram though if you have any room to spend more try and find some faster ram at least 3200. Ryzen likes its ram fasttt.
