Watch out guys. The chinese are attacking steam. My account says I logged in from china. Be sure to change passwords.

Off of steam forum i guess this would be a easy step.

 

"Enable Steam Guard, which will send a unique code to your email. Enable 2-steps login to your email, which will send a unique code to your mobile phone.

So, to access your account you must know your Steam username and password, enter them and an email will be sent, then you must know your email username and password, enter them and a code will be sent to your mobile phone. Read the message in your phone, enter the code in the email,m then open the email with the security code for Steam, enter the code on Steam and you're done.

It can't be safer."

He was not attacking you in any way, no reason to be rude towards him. I suggest you get a better attitude, internet badass. As for your original post, you have no info to back this up. My account has been attacked from the UK numerous times, so I should also insinuate that the UK is trying to hack steam?

to OP, start using Steam Guard, problem solved. Plus change your password and use a different and unique password for Steam, another one for your email and so on (bad memory? use a password manager like Last Pass or something)

Yeah, I didn't have steam guard on. Thought I did, but guess not. I changed pass and email

Don't think so, maybe your account has been hacked.  I'm pretty sure its your email linking to the steam account thats been hacked as I didn't have steam guard on and it happened to me except from some place in the UAE.  Got it back within a week because steam support is pretty good like that
