Blue snowball is more than adequate for recording. I have been surprised in the past when youtubers I watch mention that they record on a snowball. It is a 50$ mic that sounds amazing. Singing however might be pushing it and then I would reccomend a Blue Yeti which costs anywhere between 30 and 50 $ more.

Never heard of it. It could be good or it could be bad but I know for sure the blue is good.

Personally I use a Snowball iCE, and it's great, especially for the price. More than adequate for Comms and Commentaries. If you can afford it I'd also pick up a Pop filter.
