Best Cooler for ryzen 5 3600

So I am not to sure as of what cooler to go with I am targeting silent operation and best cooling performance I was looking at the Dark Rock pro 4 from be quiet and the fuma 2 but not sure which one I should go with. Any Ideas?

They perform similarly and the DRP4 is a bit quieter. Either would be plenty for cooling the 3600.
