wait. what did you do? drag a screw driver through it? anyways, i think its either :

A. try to repair it yourself-risky but possible

B. Bring it to a technician/certified repair person - safer but most likely be pricy

C. Buy a second hand/new motherboard - more expensive of the two options above but with 100% asurity

the bends on the upper portion seems fixable. the lower one, not so much but still possible.two of the pins look scarily bent too hard though

Well if you have it repaired or you replace it either way is going to cost you money.  I don't know if it's an expensive motherboard and if the repair cost would be higher that replacing it ... but since it's most likely ruined it might be worth to try fixing it yourself, you might just be successful and avoid spending money.

Just ask yourself if it matters for you to lose 20$ if you don't succeed.  If it's something fun for you to do then for 20$ it might be worth it.  If you succeed then you can use it and you had fun doing it so it's a win win situation there.

Also if it's still dead after you could keep it for spare parts to use the caps or the pins in the future ... or just trash it
