Hey so I recently purchased a new gaming pc and I was super hype to get started in gaming. However, my pc started having various problems only after a few days of usage. In the beginning, I thought the problems might go away on its own but they only got worst over time. Now I have audio problems, memory problems, stuttering, and various bsod errors. I was wondering if anyone could identify a solution or even just identify the component thats faulty here. I would appreciate it!

Without the specs of the system...no, we couldn't

But if you are getting various BSODs, I'd suspect bad RAM.

Do a test with Memtest86

Sure thing :)

Memtest will take some time but if your RAM is bad, it will find it.

Report back, we'll go from there.

Did you build it yourself or was it a prebuilt?

If it's a prebuilt, then return the entire system and ask for a new one.

It was a prebuilt I got . I was def considering doing that but their customer service isn't the best since many people complained about getting their system returned back to them the same way with no difference.

If you just bought a car for $35,000 and it immediately came with problems where the seller won't take care of if and you had to go to a auto repair shop, I bet you'll not be happy about that. That's like buying something and having no warranty. Same applies here. Return and get a refund, no point of wasting your time troubleshooting.

So I used memtest86 and it didn’t find any errors. Should I try another version of memtest86 like memtest86+ or leave it overnight just to make 100%sure or should I just move on to look for another problem in my pc.

You could leave it on and continue testing it, but to be sure, I'd just update the bios if you haven't already, then back everything up and do another clean install of the operating system.

If you ran it until completion then you can be pretty certain the memory isn't bad.

Is XMP turned on in the BIOS? If it is, turn it off.

Can you even get to the BIOS?

Is the system under warranty? If so, return it.

@BlackManINC I checked my bios version and it is a pretty recent version(2019).

@Radium_Angel no sadly my refund warranty was already over but my repair warranty hasn’t yet. And no Xmas was not turned on in the bios.

@SacredBovine I used checkdisk and let it run for a while. When it finished, I just got loaded up into the windows so I’m not entirely sure if there were errors with my drive or not. It didn’t really notify me of anything.

In addition to this, I also noticed today that my screen would just randomly go black for a split second and go back to normal when browsing on the internet.

One of two things, look in the Event Manager, under System, see if there are an Red x's or Yellow "!" symbols, these indicate a problem, Red being the more severe.

Could be either a power supply that is not up to providing power, or a failing video card.

But in all honesty, your warranty is running out, take it back to where you bought it and make them fix it.

Ok then, I’ll just send the system back for repair. And yes I did check event manager and there were quite a few errors logged.
