Dell Dimension 4600

So, before i start, most of the hardware information and specs of the Dell Dimension 4600 was posted in another forum so i provided the link but anyways, i just want to know, if there is anyway i could possibly make this old desktop a server(i was thinking a MC server) or a NAS. Someone did mention Samba for the NAS but is there any other recommendations you guy suggest i do? I was thinking about making this a folding machine but its 32-bit and folding@home only has the client and not the program to fold, i think. just and FYI, my budget is $100-$150

Realtistically being 32bit, its pretty useless these days for many home server tasks, and a pi or used desktop would be cheaper and faster.
