Newbie building rig!

Alright so newbie into building a rig, not a newbie gamer, I’m currently running an 2017 Alienware 17 R4 i7-6700hq 16gb ddr4 memory 3000mhz with a nividia 1070. Looking to build a desktop. I will need everything, a whole rig, and monitor, I’m not to worried about having expensive monitor, but I’d like 60hz and atleast 1440p rez. And for the rig, I’d like to go amd with rtx graphics. The range I wana stay at is $1,000-$1,500. Willing to not get monitor right now if it means staying closer to 1,000. But if you somehow are able to build something and get a good monitor at around 1,500 show me.

if you got the time im asking if y’all could help and build what you think would be the best within this parameter. I’ve been building and building online but since I don’t know everything, I don’t know what is a good deal or not really, if I really need fast ram, or everything so just looking for some suggestions!  Thank you!

Follow @Shrekpads advice, accept add a 2tb hdd, 2 (extra, 3 in total) phanteks fans, an aftermarket duel or tri ( that are highly rated) 2070 super, and you'll have a pretty kick-ass system that (admittedly,) is about $60-$80 (maybe more, I didn't check) overbudget, but has a shot at high-refresh 1440p (so a pc that can keep up with shrekpad's monitor of choice) in many triple-a's at medium graphics.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
