Improving frames on a prebuilt

I've got a prebuilt with 8gb of RAM, an Intel i5-7400 and a 2gb 1050. What should I do to improve frames on CS or R6S for example? 6pin GPU's aren't really an option since I don't know jack shit about computers, or power supplies for that matter. Computer's about 3 years old, not sure if I can get a full upgrade either due to time and budget constraints.

You could at least get another 8gb's of ram. Ram is cheap so I'm sure you can afford it.
