Current Build Bottleneck

Hi everyone

I am new to the PC building and I made a build about 3 years ago with this parts. I already upgraded my RX460 with GTX 1650. Can you guys tell me if there is a bottleneck?

Check your system usages in..... whatever it is that you do.....

Open task manager and see if anything is maxing out vs the other components.

If you're gaming, the 1650 won't get you too far.depending on your budget and whether you want to upgrade or not:

If you want to reach high fps in competitive shooters are are happy to live with lower details, upgrade cpu first.

If you want to reach decent fps in high quality in aaa games, upgrade gpu.

If you have the budget for both, go for both,obviously.
