Laptop for 3D Animation

My friend asked me on which laptop he should buy for his animation class. it's between OMEN by HP 15-dc1111tx and OMEN by HP 15-dc1077tx. The 111tx use i7-9750H and GTX 1660 ti while the 1077tx use i5-9300H and RTX 2060. He's a casual gamer, and don't play many esports games.

pick the 111tx with the better cpu. animation depends on both but cpu would be the first priority here .. so pick 111tx
