I still feel stupid with push/pulling

On my Thermaltake Chaser MK-1, the side of the case that fits a 200mm fan, would I want that as intake or exhaust?

I'm guessing exhaust?

the best way to figure it out would be to run it both ways and see which give you better temps

 

but if I had to guess, I'd say it depends on your graphics card cooler.  if you have a blower style cooler I'd go intake, if an open style cooler on your card, then exhaust.

I would have intake on the side, and exhaust on the back

Typically the side panel is used for intake and this makes sense because it provides fresh air to the GPU area.  For that case set it up to exhaust out the top and back with intake on the front and side.
