Sweaty Hands with the Switch

Whilst playing the switch my hands get pretty sweaty; like there are very noticeable spots on the back of the system.  How durable is the switch/joy cons from sweat? Any ways to stop it?

 

(and no my hands are not greasy, it happens right after I wash my hands as well)

i have the launch switch. and aside from the drift. the joy cons still work perfectly. i replaced the analogs myself tho. so there's that. but in terms of functionality. there have been no problems :|
