Buying apps from Microsoft Store..

I know this might not be pleasant to many people, but since I've completed my first build, I've been after buying Forza Horizon 4 and saving for the same. I couldn't buy it last winter sale due to my domestic card. Now, its the spring sale, and I still cannot buy it :(.

I've a paypal account but Microsoft IN does not accept it. I was wondering can I go to the US site and buy the game through Paypal there?

Will the transaction be successful?

Please guys help me out. In this pandemic situation and complete lockdown, I cannot buy any gift cards and the sale is gonna end soon.. I don't want to wait another 3-4 months for winter sale

In the UK at least you can buy a download code off Amazon, the code works for both PC & XBone. That might be an option depending on where you live.
