Can all 120m aio do push pull?

I'm new to pc building world. I need help.

My PC is i5 6500 with z170 motherboard in a case "cooler master k380"... When I play game some times it over heat and shut down Automatically .. I use intell stock cooler for it... I have tried to install hyper 212evo in my PC. But that won't fit in my case. So I decided to add 120mm aio cooler..(case doesn't support 240mm or higher) ... But all the videos on YouTube is f....g confusing me.. will one 120 mm cooler will be enough??  And can I make push pull configuration to any aio??.. if I can what else will I need extra for doing that?... Or should I buy 120mm aio cooler with dual fans which are made for dual config? ...

Almost all water coolers can do push pull if you have room for both fans on each side of the radiator.

 

However, an i5-6500 doesn't exactly produce a ton of heat, it would take some serious issues for it to thermal shutdown.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

The stock cooler should already be enough for the 6500. 

Are you using default motherboard settings? Check and make sure the cooler is properly installed and the plastic push pins are full pushed through and expanded on the other end of the motherboard.
