Lagging in games Dual monitor

I just got a new second monitor and after i hooked it up i hopped onto league of legends, in game my frames dropped down to ridiculously low (10-20 lowest) when usually my games at like 160+ fps please help 

both monitors are 60hz, main monitor is using hdmi and second is using dvi, gtx card is 750ti SC 2GB

What are you doing in your other display?

 

If you're doing something else that rates hardware acceleration like playing videos it can attend m affect performance

i have literally nothing else open, but i figured out the real problem which is my pc is not using my GPU at all, while gaming the usage was at 0%
